  • 1/4th cup finely chopped onion & tomato
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green chilies
  • 1 small finely chopped garlic
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ black pepper

You can mix it well and have it with toasted bread. It even goes well with a boiled eggs or cheese.

We are all aware of oats and ragi which is an accepted breakfast by many individuals. Caribbean Dream Smoothie :

  • ½ pineapple chunck
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • ¼ refrigerated coconut milk
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • Large banana & some ice

Below is the recipe for the same:

  • Grilled Chicken

Dressing ingredients for Chicken Greek Salad are as follows :

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1 minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoon oregano
  • ½ tablespoon sugar
  • ½ tablespoon salt and pepper
